What is the difference between BIG HAIR & LOVES GUMMIES?
Big Hair and Love Gummies are dietary supplements that accelerate growth, thicken hair, provide strength, energy and shine.
The difference between the two is the form: one is in capsule form and the other in candy form. There is also a difference in the vitamins used, which makes the supplements very complementary, for twice the results.
Can we combine food supplements and for how long?
All our food supplement cures are compatible with each other. It is therefore possible to take Anti hair loss + Big Hair + Love Gummies + Hair Deetox at the same time. As a reminder, the optimal duration of a cure is 3 months, but if the results are not yet satisfactory, it is possible to continue for 4, 6 months, or even 1 year or more.
I'm pregnant, I'm breastfeeding, what are the items I can't take?
Not recommended products list:
- Detoxifying preparatory oil
- The Stimulating Bath in case of a fall
- The stimulating lotion
- Big Cil
- Food supplements

What are the differences between Brazilian Smoothing & Tannin Smoothing?
Brazilian smoothing*:
It is a smoothing treatment that will relax your hair by up to 90*%, & control frizz and reduce volume. For a 3 to 4 month wear. Who is it for? For hair that is unruly and tends to frizz. Not suitable for blondes, highlighted or bleached hair.
Tannin smoothing*:
It is a semi-permanent smoothing treatment that will relax your hair between 70% and 80%, while keeping volume and waves. For a 2 to 3 month wear. Who is it for? For fine hair that wants to keep volume and make stylingeasier. Suitable for all hair types, except forwhite and very sensitive hair.
Which hair straightener to use for a successful straightening?
We recommend the Myriam-K straightening iron: thanks to its diamond coating plates and temperature control from 100°C to 230°C without fluctuation, it ensures a successful result every time.
GHD and STEAMPOD irons are not suitable for smoothing. It is important that your device has a titanium or diamond powder coating so that it has a variable temperature up to 230°C.
What are the ingredients to avoid to maintain a smoothing in a shampoo?
Sulfate is to be avoided! In its two forms:
- Sodium laureth sulfate
- Sodium lauryl sulfate
Salt is also to be avoided! Swimming in the sea is therefore not recommended without appropriate protection.
I wish to cancel my order, return products for refund or exchange. How to do it?
If change your mind, you have 14 days at reception of the parcel to return us to your loadall products for exchange or refunding. Moreover, each product must be returned new with its original packing (plus plastic film), in which case MK FRANCE Company reserves the right to refuse the refund or the exchange.
Please note that for any refund, if the final amount of your order after return, does not exceed 60€, the shipping costs will be deducted (8,60€). Thank you for returning the products with the invoice concerned to the following address MK France, 36 Rrue de Ponthieu, 75008 PARIS.
My package is noted as delivered, but I have not received it, what should I do?
