Remove all makeup and make sure skin is clean and dry. Apply one thin stroke on each eyelid once per day. Apply the serum just above the lash line (1-3 mm), so you don’t get it into your eyes. It will sink into your skin and stimulate your hair follicles. The amount that follows the applicator from the tube is plenty for both eyes. Let it dry for a minute or two, before you put on makeup, creams and lotion.

Yes, you can. Our serum doesn't contain any oils, so you can use it with extensions. You only need to apply one thin stroke on each eyelid per day. Apply on clean and dry skin, 1-3 mm above the lash line, so it can sink in and stimulate your hair follicles.

One lash serum should last you approximately 3 months with normal daily use. One thin stroke on each eyelid per day is enough. When you have achieved the desired length, you can apply 2-4 times a week to maintain your lashes.

The results normally appear within 3-8 weeks, and it vary from person to person. Some see results already after one week, but most people within six weeks. A few have to wait for as much as 8-12 weeks, depending on which phase of the growth cycle your lashes were in when you started using the serum. However, we always recommend to hang in there and keep using the serum, even if you haven't seen results after 8-12 weeks. They should always come eventually.

The effect is not permanent. Our lashes follow a growth cycle which lasts for about three months, so they fall out and grow back all the time (in average, we shed 1-4 lashes per day). The serum gives your lashes a boost when they’re in the growth phase of the growth cycle. When you stop using the serum and the growth cycle has run its course, they will shed and grow back to their normal length.

You can use the serum on your lower lashes. Apply it on clean and dry skin, just below the lash line (1-3 mm). Let it sink in and dry for a minute or two before you put on creams, lotions, makeup etc. The serum that follows the applicator is enough for both upper and lower lashes.

The serum will increase the bloodstream to the area which it is applied. If you apply more than recommended, you can experience some redness caused by the increased bloodstream. This is not dangerous and will disappear within a few days. If it doesn’t disappear, we recommend that you take a short break. You can also do a patch test on your arm, to see if you might be allergic to any of the ingredients in the serum.

The BIG CIL product is suitable for anyone who wants thicker, fuller and longer lashes or brows. People who are allergic or have highly sensitive skin are recommended to do a patch test before applying the serum on the eyelid. All ingredients are approved under strict regulations by the EU Cosmetic Directive and Dubai Municipality. If it turns out that you can’t use the serum, you can reach out to us and return it. For ethical reasons, the serums have not been tested on vulnerable groups, such as pregnant and breastfeeding women, people under the age of 18 or people going through chemotherapy.
